At DETMock, we are committed to providing you with high-quality mock exams to help you prepare for the Duolingo English Test. We understand that situations may arise where you may need a refund, so we’ve created a clear and fair refund policy for our customers.
1. Refund Eligibility
Our refund policy applies to all purchases made through the DETMock website. The eligibility for a refund depends on the following conditions:
Unused Mock Exams: If you purchase a package and have not used any of the mock exams, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing or completing the mock exam, you may request a refund for the affected exam attempts. Please contact our support team with detailed information about the issue to qualify for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
Used Mock Exams: Once a mock exam attempt has been completed, it is considered used, and no refund will be issued for that exam, even if you are dissatisfied with the result.
Expired Exam Packages: Mock exams must be used within 90 days from the date of purchase. Once the 90-day period has passed, no refunds will be issued for unused exams, regardless of the reason.
Partial Package Refunds: If you have used any part of your exam package, no refund will be granted for the unused portion of the package.
3. Refund Request Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you can follow these steps to submit your request:

Provide Purchase Details: Include your order number, the date of purchase, and the reason for your refund request (e.g., unused mock exams, technical issue, incorrect purchase).
Verification: Our team may ask for additional details to verify your purchase and refund eligibility.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase for unused mock exams or within 7 days of experiencing a technical issue.
4. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your payment provider to process the refund.
5. Expiration of Mock Exam Packages
All mock exam packages are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. After the 90-day period, any unused mock exams will expire, and no refunds will be issued for expired exams. Please plan to use your purchased mock exams within this timeframe.
6. Changes to This Refund Policy
DETMock reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be updated accordingly. We encourage you to review this Refund Policy periodically for any updates. By continuing to use the Services after any changes, you agree to be bound by the updated policy.
